RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Holiday Return & Exchange Policy:

Any items purchased on sale or with a promotional code during November 28th-December 9th are only eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

All exchange request must be processed by contacting one of our LAB techs by emailing Customer@JohnJohnLab.com

 

Non-Holiday Policy:

We accept returns as follows:

  • You may return any unwashed, unworn, unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached placed in the original bag within 21 days (from date of shipment).
  • Order shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • Authorized returns are refunded in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns received after 21 days from the shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of the return for processing.
  • John John Lab does not accept merchandise purchased from other retailers. We only accept returns that were purchased from the John John Lab website. 
  • Online merchandise returns and exchanges must be SHIPPED and cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail store.

John John Lab reserves the right to deny a refund for any returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

 

Exchanges / Damaged Items / Lost Shipment

  • you find that an item is defective, or your order shipment is lost, please contact customer care.
